TANDAAN: Sa ALS, every day is enrollment day! ARAW-ARAW tumatanggap ang ALS ng mga nag-eenroll – kahit nagsimula na ang klase.

Para sa out-of-school youth and adults (OSYA) na gusto magtapos ng elementary o high school, mag-enroll na sa mga community learning center (CLC) sa inyong barangay o sa mga pampublikong paaralan na pinakamalapit sa inyong lugar. Gamitin ang modified ALS Form 2, alinsunod sa DepEd Order No. 58, s. 2017. Maaaring i-download at i-print ang modified ALS Form 2 mula sa link na ito: bit.ly/ALSEnrollmentForm2021
