𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | Food lovers in Tacloban City are in for a flavorful celebration as the Eastern Visayas Streetfood Fest 2026 makes its much-anticipated return on April 24–25, 2026, in line with the nationwide observance of Filipino Food Month.

Set along Magsaysay Boulevard, near 1.5° Celsius Restaurant and Garden Café, the two-day food fest promises a vibrant showcase of Eastern Visayas’ best street food delights. From grilled favorites to sweet local treats, the event brings together flavors that reflect the region’s rich culinary identity.

Organized by the Department of Tourism Eastern Visayas, the festival highlights not only the creativity of local food vendors but also the deep-rooted food culture that connects communities.

Second Batch of Dressmaking Assessment ✂️✨

The LGU Palo Technical Education and Skills Development Center once again served as the venue for the National Senior High School Assessment Week, featuring skilled scholars from Tanauan School of Craftsmanship and Home Industries. They proudly presented their vibrant and well-crafted blouses, showcasing their talent and dedication.

With the presence of Marc Jeus T. Cortez (TESDA Representative), Virginia B. Cajate (Assessor), Marissa Estabillo (Teacher), and Flora May Castillo (LGU Palo Livelihood In-Charge), the activity became even more special as five scholars successfully passed the Dressmaking NC II Assessment. 🎉🎊🥳
