The 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐌𝐃𝐑𝐑𝐌𝐎), 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐌𝐫. 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐛𝐨𝐧, successfully conducted a 𝐕𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥 in coordination with the Leyte Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office.

The activity aimed to 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 in handling road emergencies and vehicular accidents.

Participating agencies included the RHU Palompon, Palompon Fire Station North Leyte, Palompon Mps, and the Civil Security Unit (CSU) — all working together to 𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐧. 🚑🚒👮‍♂️

VEHICLE INCIDENT SIMULATION DRILL

The Palompon LGU through the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), in coordination with Leyte Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office and our Emergency Response Teams, Palompon Rural Health Unit, Palompon Fire Station, Palompon Police Station, Civil Security Unit will be conducting a Vehicle Incident Simulation Drill tonight (October 16, 2025) in front of the Municipal Hall starting at 7:00 PM.

This activity aims to enhance the preparedness and coordination of our responders in handling vehicular accidents and to ensure the safety and readiness of our community in real-life emergency situations.

🚧 Please be advised that during the simulation, there may be temporary road detour and emergency vehicle activity in the area.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation as we carry out this important safety exercise.
