Today, we honor an individual whose dedication shapes the path of many.
CPO Mae Flor V Sagnoy PN(Res), our NSTP Coordinator, exemplifies what it means to lead through service. With steadfast commitment, she guides us not only in fulfilling our civic duties, but in understanding their deeper purpose. Her patience, integrity, and unwavering support create an environment where students learn to take responsibility, act with discipline, and care for the community around them.
Beyond her role as coordinator โ she is a mentor who listens, a guide who corrects with purpose, and an instructor who believes in the potential of each student. She teaches us that true leadership begins with humility and service.
On this special day, we celebrate the birthday of Maโam Mae Flor Viacrucis Sagnoy Thank you ma'am for your tireless effort together with our training staff, for the time you give beyond what is required, and for the example you set in both word and action. Your work leaves a lasting impact on those you serve.
Happy Birthday, Maโam. May you be surrounded by the same kindness and respect you extend to others. May this year bring you good health, fulfillment, and the quiet pride that comes from knowing you have made a difference. We are grateful for your guidance, and we wish you continued strength in all you strive to achieve.
God bless, and a snappy salute to you, Maโam.

Yesterday, May 2, the 516th Naval Reserve Officersโ Training Corps Unit marked a significant milestone as it successfully held its General Rehearsal for the NSTP-ROTC Graduation Ceremony at the Palompon Institute of Technology Gymnasium, under the guidance of SN1 Timothy Jake De Vera PN and CPO Jenny L Escarpe PN(Res).
Overseeing the rehearsal and supervising the flow along with the unit officers, Sir De Vera inspired the unit with his reminder, โAng ROTC parang prutas lang โyan, kunin ninyo lang ang magandang katas, โyung mga magagandang natutunan ninyo,โ urging them to carry forward only the valuable lessons and discipline gained throughout their training.
The day began with the morning colors led by M/LT Ken Mark Bonga 3CL as the Color Officer, setting a solemn and disciplined tone, followed by rank muster and inspection at the PIT Oval Ground before the cadets proceeded to the Gymnasium to meticulously rehearse the ceremony flow and finalize their alphabetical arrangement.
With every detail refined and every objective met, the rehearsal ended on a high note, leaving the cadets excited, united, and ready to march toward their Graduation Ceremony.
