✅Medical Certificate (stating the applicant is mentally and physically fit to undergo BCMC)
✅NBI Clearance
✅Barangay Clearance
✅Police Clearance
✅Mayor Clearance
✅MTC Clearance
✅RTC Clearance
✅2x2 and whole body picture (white shirt w/ maong pants in white background)
✅Drug Test

*Submit these requirements in 2 copies (original and photocopy), file it in 2 clear folders (plastic front/blue back) with red tabbings at Naval Reserve Center Eastern Visayas Arellano Blvd. Pier 3 Cebu City and/or look for Navy Reservists in your respective areas for your guidance

The Naval Company Reserve (NcoyR) - Palompon, 523rd Naval Squadron Reserve (NSR) - Philippine Navy led by PO2 Ray Glenn R Veruen PN (Res) - NCOIC together with the ever support team from NcoyR - Villaba led by PO1 Dennis Sy PN (Res) - NCOIC, NcoyR - Isabel led by PO3 Joel B Mendoza PN (Res) - NCOIC and 823rd Marine Company Reserve, joint force to assists the public for safety and security in LGU Palompon on their month-long tourism activities spearheaded by Hon. Mayor Ramon C. Oñate, Vice Mayor Ferdinand T. Dela Calzada thru CPO Raoul T Bacalla PN (Res) an Environment and Eco-Tourism Consultant, to Mr. Christopher T. Montebon MDRRM Officer of LGU Palompon, to MSGT Fructuoso Omega Jr PA (Ret) Head for Traffic Management Unit and Civil Security Unit of LGU Palompon, to the LEAs PCPT REALTHUR S TABERNERO ACOP MPS Palompon, CG PO2 Newborn H Encarnacion SSC CGSS Palompon, and to the BFP Palompon.

The secret of a successful tourism event and the safety of the people is to work closely with the community and requires a helping hand from several departments in the municipality and other LEAs.

My deep and heartfelt gratitude to everyone that makes safe and secure tourism activities in the Municipality of Palompon.

About 0600H 02 December 2023, the Naval Company Reserve - Palompon led by PO2 Ray Glenn R Veruen PN (Res) NCOIC - NcoyR Palompon, together with Naval Company Reserve from Isabel led by PO3 Joel Mendoza PN (Res) NCOIC, and Villaba led by PO1 Dennis Sy PN (Res) NCOIC of 523rd Naval Squadron Reserve conducted Crowd control, as part of safety and security during the Fluvial Parade and Lawig Festival held in Palompon, Leyte.

The team was composed of 12 sailors from 523rd NSR and 4 Marines from 823rd Marine Company Reserve.

Our team were properly coordinated to the LGU Civil Security Unit, Palompon MPS, CGSS Palompon, and Palompon MDRRM Office
