Temporary WORK SUSPENSION at LTO Naga District Office

Please be advised that pursuant to Executive Order No. 044, s. 2026 issued by the City Government of Naga, operations at the LTO Naga District Office will be suspended on the following dates in observance of the Peñafrancia Festival and to accommodate festival activities:

September 11, 2026 (Friday) – Peñafrancia Traslacion Procession

September 17, 2026 (Thursday) – Civic and Float Parade

September 18, 2026 (Friday) – Bicol Regional Military Parade

Regular office operations will resume on the next working day following each suspension date.

With the support of LGU Pamplona, the SK Federation of Pamplona and in partnership with the LTO Pamplona District Office, cordially invites all aspiring drivers to join the FREE Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) on:

The program forms part of the national road safety campaign under the leadership of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr., with the support of the Department of Transportation (DOTr) headed by Secretary Atty. Giovanni Lopez and the Land Transportation Office (LTO) under Assistant Secretary Markus L. L. Lacanilao.

It is further strengthened through the efforts of LTO Region V Director Edgar Allan Castillejos and Assistant Regional Director Vincent O. Nato, Jr., and implemented locally under the leadership of LTO Pamplona Head of Office, Nero Dy Claro.

𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
Please bring the original and photocopy of the following:
• PSA Birth Certificate
• Valid Government ID
• PSA Marriage Certificate (for married female applicants)
• Notarized Parental Consent (for applicants aged 16–17) + photocopy of parent/guardian’s ID
• Create an LTMS Portal Account before attending

THE THEORETICAL DRIVING COURSE SEMINAR IS FREE. HOWEVER, Applicants should prepare for the Standard Government Fees Required to Finalize a Student Permit:
• Medical Certificate: ₱450.00 (From LTO-Accredited Clinics)
• LTO Student Permit Fee: ₱250.00 (Application & Permit Fees)
TOTAL ESTIMATED BUDGET: ₱700.00
