CONSUMER ADVISORY | Price Freeze in the Province of Bulacan

The Province of Bulacan has been declared under a State of Calamity through Panlalawigang Kapasiyahan Blg. 708-T’2026, declaring the entire province under a State of Calamity due to widespread flooding and damages caused by Typhoons Luis and Maymay, intensified by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

In line with Section 6 of the Price Act (Republic Act No. 7581), please be informed that the prices of basic necessities are automatically frozen at their prevailing prices in the affected areas upon the declaration of a State of Calamity.

The Price Freeze is effective from August 17, 2026, until October 16, 2026.

Ipinababatid sa lahat ng mga kliyente at mamamayan na ipatutupad ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng Paombong ang adjusted office hours mula 8:00 AM hanggang 5:00 PM, Lunes hanggang Huwebes, sa darating na Agosto 17–20, 2026.

Ang pagpapatupad nito ay alinsunod sa CSC Resolution No. 2600838, na nagtatakda ng adjusted office hours sa mga pagkakataong ang holiday o suspensyon ng trabaho sa pamahalaan ay tumatapat sa araw ng Biyernes.
