Lifeline 16-911 is honored to have been recognized as a special partner and stakeholder during the 43rd Founding Anniversary of the Philippine National Police Special Action Force (SAF), held at Fort Sto. Domingo, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.

During the ceremony, our President and CEO, Michael H. Deakin, received an award in recognition of Lifeline’s continued support and commitment to public safety and emergency response.

With this year’s theme, “Matatag na Serbisyo, Mabilis na Aksyon, Tapat na Paninindigan para sa Bagong Pilipinas,” the celebration honored the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication of SAF personnel, retirees, and partners who continue to strengthen the organization’s mission of service to the Filipino people.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the men and women of the Special Action Force on their 43rd Founding Anniversary and reaffirm our commitment to supporting those who dedicate their lives to protecting our communities.

Remembering the Answering The Call: Joint EMT Commencement Ceremony — a day marked by purpose, pride, and the beginning of a greater responsibility.

From the solemn grounds of Libingan ng mga Bayani, we look back on the formal induction of Batches 60 to 65, who have answered the call to serve with courage, compassion, and commitment. Each moment captured in this reel reflects not just a ceremony, but the weight of an oath grounded in Duty, Honor, and Service.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Michael H. Deakin, Chief Executive Officer and President of Lifeline 16-911, for his continued leadership and unwavering support in advancing emergency medical services.

Our appreciation as well to the 525th Combat Engineer Battalion, under the command of LTC Lester T. Sinlao, CE (GSC), PA, for hosting this meaningful ceremony and serving as Guest of Honor. We are equally honored by the presence of Capt. Lucia Amycel T. Ignacio, MC, Coast Guard Chief Surgeon, whose support highlights the strength of our shared mission.

This milestone would not have been possible without the dedication and leadership of:
1LT Jomel S. Alado, Training Officer
SSG Angelique F. Jamandron, CMO NCO
SGT Airolg West E. Sales, Training NCO
CPT Fatima B. Podadera, Civil-Military Operations Officer

As we look back, we also look forward — confident in the hands of those who have pledged to serve.

Ever ready to respond. Be steadfast in service. Be the Lifeline.
