SINAI is a duly organized single proprietorship company existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines more particularly by the high merit of RA 5487 (as ammended). otherwise known as Private Security Agency Law and other regulating body of the Philippine Government. SINAI was conceived as a friendly commitment to the officers and gentlemen of a group of companies owned by a well-known and highly regarded business persons to provide SAFETY and PROTECTION exclusively for their business interests nationwide. SINAI's mettle was initially put into test sometime in JULY 1996 with the posting of 16 able bodied and well trained guards at SM incorporated's property in Sucat, Paranaque City, Metro MAnila, Todate, the average monpower balooned to 450 male and female security personnel more or less. With its commitment to excell in secuirty industry, SINAI has engaged and associated itself with various security organizations acknowledged to have global linkages such as the Philippine Association of Detective and Protective Agency Operators (PADPAO), Philippine Society for Industrial Security (PSIS), Americal Sociatey for the Industrial Security (ASIS), Federation of Industrial Security Organzition of the Philippines (FISOP) and lately with the Maritime Transportation Security (MTS) in affiliation with the australian based security organization- the Intelligent Outcome Group (IOG)
