Through enhanced collaboration between the Philippine National Police and the community, an accused individual listed as one of the Top 7 Most Wanted Persons for qualified rape—an offense for which no bail is recommended—has voluntarily surrendered. This development is a testament to the ongoing joint efforts of the Station Community Affairs Section and the Warrant and Subpoena Section, which have actively engaged with local residents to cultivate a sense of responsibility and support.

Under the leadership of PCOL NICOLAS S PIÑON, Chief of Police, the Parañaque City Police Station encourages everyone to assist the PNP by reporting any family members or friends who may have outstanding warrants. By promoting voluntary surrender over evasion, the police aim to create a safer environment for all. RHENIE S. REÑIDO, Senior Assistant City Prosecutor, Parañaque City, as the distinguished resource speaker.
