From empowering talks to gender responsive programs for both employees and clients, we continue to champion safety, respect, and equality in every space we serve. Because creating a clean, sustainable environment starts with creating a safe and empowered one.

Making change with the color orange 🧡

Light up your icons, offices, landmarks, and other spaces in orange from November 25 to December 12 to amplify the call to end violence against women and ignite public curiosity about our advocacy.

"Health and Wellness Monday at EMB CALABARZON”

All EMB CALABARZON employees were given the Influenza (Flu) Vaccine shot at Regional Office Clinic at PITX Tower 2, Paranaque Manila on June 23, 2025, a Gender and Development (GAD) and Human Resource (HR) program to protect its employees’ health and promote a culture of wellness in the workplace. This activity aims to reduce absenteeism due to flu and its related complications at the same time protects vulnerable employees and their family members on influenza transmission. All employees were also given a handful bag of medicine, vitamins and health kit from Unilab.

EMB CALABARZON through this initiative reinforces its commitment to employees’ well – being with this proactive flu prevention measure.

Workplace Drug Testing for all EMB CALABARZON Permanent Employees”

To ensure a safe and drug-free workplace, a free mandatory drug testing was conducted for all permanent employees of EMB CALABARZON Region in order to prevent accidents related to substance abuse and provide assistance to employees who may need help or appropriate referrals to health care professionals. This activity is also in compliance with CSC MC No. 13 Series of 2017 to ensure that EMB CALABARZON will dispense effective and efficient public service free from hazards of drug use substances. Gender and Development (GAD) and Human Resources (HR) aims to foster a healthy work environment with this activity by building a culture of accountability and responsibility to all employees.
