𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐀Ñ𝐀𝐐𝐔𝐄 𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐄

The Parañaque Emergency Response Unit (PERU) of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO) promptly responded to a reported fire incident in Barangay San Isidro.

Through rapid deployment and coordination, partner agencies, barangay responders together with ACDVs successfully worked together to contain and extinguish the fire prioritizing the safety of residents and the protection of property in the affected area.

The DRRMO continues to remind the public to remain vigilant, especially during this hot season when fire incidents are more likely to occur.

In line with the directive of Mayor Edwin Olivarez to continuously provide assistance and support to the evacuees from the recent fire incident in Barangay San Antonio, the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO) promptly dispatched its Mobile Shower Unit to the evacuation area.

The initiative aims to provide additional hygiene and sanitation support to affected families, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being during their temporary stay at the evacuation center.

The Parañaque Emergency Response Unit (PERU) of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO) immediately responded to the fire incident in Brgy. San Antonio that started last night and escalated to Task Force Alpha status.

In coordination with our partner agencies, barangay and ACDVs, response operations were conducted to ensure public safety, assist affected residents, and support firefighting efforts.

At present, the Assessment Teams are conducting ongoing assessment and validation of affected families, damaged properties, and immediate needs to facilitate the delivery of appropriate assistance and relief operations.

We continue to remind the public to remain alert, cooperate with authorities, and avoid areas affected by the incident to give way to emergency responders.
