The City Veterinary Services Office (VSO) takes pride in our dedicated Surgical Preparation Team, whose commitment and expertise continue to support not only our city programs but also neighboring LGUs (from Bacoor to as far as Pangasinan) and our partner veterinarians in the Philippine Veterinary Medical Association (PVMA) and Philippine Animal Hospital Association (PAHA), who selflessly volunteer their time and skills for our mass spay and castration initiatives.

Through collaboration and shared purpose, we strengthen animal welfare efforts and responsible pet ownership in our communities.

Once again, they help us, and we help them. They are P.A.R.T. of us - stepping up to be P.A.R.T. of the solution. Together, we are the — united in service, compassion, and action for the welfare of animals and the people who care for them. 🐾🫶🏻

Maraming Salamat po, Barangay Sto. Niño, sa pamumuno ni Kgg. Punong Barangay Kap Johnny C. Co, Kagawad sa Pangkalusugan Kgg. Dante Cantoria, sa inyong mainit na pagtanggap sa aming opisina at sa aming mga katuwang sa serbisyo upang mapalawig ang Rabies, Animal Welfare, and Wildlife Response Programs sa ating Mahal na Lungsod ng Parañaque.

Kami po ay nagagalak sa maayos na pamamaraan ng paglutas sa animal bite cases na nagkaroon ng Memorandum of Agreement sa private Animal Bite Center upang mabigyan nang tamang Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) ang bawat bite victims sa inyong nasasakupan.

Mabuhay po kayo at Nawa'y maging tuluy-tuloy po ang inyong nasimulan!

It was a pleasure to meet the Department of Agriculture – Bureau of Animal Industry (DA-BAI) Officer-in-Charge, Director Dr. Christian Daquigan , whose leadership plays a vital role in advancing the country's animal welfare programs, livestock production initiatives, and the control of emerging and re-emerging notifiable diseases that have significant public health and economic implications.

We were honored to be acknowledged by the distinguished yet humble Acting Director during the recently concluded RaDAR (Rabies Diagnosis, Awareness, and Response) Training. The knowledge and skills gained from this program will greatly contribute to strengthening our local rabies prevention and control efforts.

This meaningful encounter also provided an opportunity for our team to be recognized for our active participation in animal disaster response and relief operations. As a gesture of support, we were grateful to receive boxes of dog and cat food from Mars Pedigree, which will greatly benefit our pet owner constituents.

Thank you, DA-BAI and Mars Pedigree, for your generosity and continued commitment to animal health, welfare, and responsible pet ownership.

Together, we can build healthier and safer communities for both people and animals.

The City VSO responds to the needs of our pet owner evacuees in C4 Bliss Multinational Village, Barangay Moonwalk.

From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank our generous donors from the previous huge lower barangay fire incident, and that we were still save some and able to distribute the relief goods to this most recent one.

Our sincere gratitude also to Honorable Councilor Wahoo Sotto for thinking of the animals in this newly-enacted ordinance in disaster response -- for they are not just pets; they are family.

Ang “Kapon” o "Castration" o "Orchidectomy" ay ang pag-aalis ng kakayahang magparami ng mga alagang LALAKING hayop upang makatulong sa pagkontrol ng pagdami ng populasyon ng mga posibleng pagmulan ng Rabies.
