Today, September 14, 2026, marks the Launching of the Negosyo Center Pamplona at SSF, Tambo, Pamplona, Camarines Sur—a meaningful step in bringing DTI’s business development services closer to local entrepreneurs and aspiring MSMEs.

The occasion was graced by Hon. Manuel O. Agustin, Municipal Mayor; Hon. Agnes Dolor Lucido Capucao, Municipal Councilor; Sir Jay Percival S. Ablan, Provincial Director, DTI CamSur; Sir Dindo G. Nabol, Regional Director, DTI Region 5; Ma’am Junelita C. Mora, BDD Division Chief, DTI CamSur; Ma’am Thet Macainag, Regional Coordinator for Negosyo Centers; and Ma’am Rosalie S. Razon, BPLO/PESO.

One of the highlights of the celebration was the MOA Signing between DTI and the Local Government Unit of Pamplona, symbolizing a strengthened partnership in bringing business development services and opportunities closer to the local community.

We likewise recognize the invaluable support of the LGU Pamplona and the Rural Improvement Club (RIC) Pamplona, headed by Ma’am Francia Orea, whose efforts and cooperation contributed to making this milestone possible.

The establishment of Negosyo Center Pamplona opens another avenue for entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners to access information, assistance, and programs that can help their enterprises grow.

Celebrating Local Entrepreneurship in Pamplona! 🎉

The Municipality of Pamplona, through its Local Youth Development Office, successfully held its First Food and Non-Food Expo on August 28, 2026, at ABC Hall, Pamplona, Camarines Sur.

The event brought together local MSMEs to showcase their creativity, passion, and quality products, while providing them an opportunity to promote their businesses and reach more customers.

The DTI Camarines Sur, through Negosyo Center Pasacao, was glad to be part of this meaningful event, with Business Counselors Ms. Glenda Z. Francisco and Mr. Michael Dominic D. Alarkon serving as members of the panel of judges.
