The activity aims to identify potential fire hazards, promote fire safety awareness among business owners and employees, and ensure that appropriate fire safety measures are implemented to prevent fire incidents and protect lives and properties.

The conduct of the drill is important in ensuring that responders and school personnel are familiar with their respective roles and can work together effectively during an actual emergency. Under the leadership of ๐…๐‚๐’๐”๐๐“ ๐‰๐”๐๐ˆ๐“๐Ž ๐… ๐Œ๐€๐’๐‹๐€๐๐†, ๐ƒ๐’๐‚, Regional Director, and the direct supervision of ๐…๐’๐”๐๐“ ๐‰๐„๐‘๐ˆ๐‚๐Š๐’๐Ž๐ ๐ ๐Œ๐ˆ๐‘๐€๐…๐‹๐Ž๐‘, ๐ƒ๐’๐‚, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, OPFM Camarines Sur, Pasacao Fire Station headed by ๐’๐…๐Ž๐Ÿ’ ๐‘๐š๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ ๐ ๐๐ž๐ง๐ข๐ฉ๐š๐ฒ๐จ, Officer-in-Charge, participated in and conducted a School Safety Seminar and Active Threat Drill to strengthen the preparedness and response capabilities of students, teaching personnel, and school stakeholders during emergencies and potential threats.

The activity is important in promoting awareness, preparedness, and proper emergency response, while helping participants understand the appropriate actions to take before, during, and after an active threat. It also strengthens coordination among the school and emergency response agencies, contributing to a safer and more secure learning environment.
