The Pasay City Police Station conducted the “Salamat Kapatid” Retirement Honors Ceremony, a Philippine National Police program that recognizes the loyal and dedicated service of retiring personnel, at about 3:00 PM of June 3, 2026, at the Function Hall of Cuneta Astrodome, Derham Street, Barangay 76, Pasay City.
The ceremony was presided over by PLTCOL LADE LUCIO D. APANTO, ACOPA, Pasay CPS, under the leadership of PCOL JOSELITO M. DE SESTO, Chief of Police, Pasay CPS. The event served as recognition to PEMS Pio T. Tabirao for his unwavering dedication, commitment, and exemplary performance in the field of law enforcement.
During the ceremony, PEMS Tabirao was honored and recognized for his faithful and distinguished service to the Philippine National Police, having rendered a total of 25 years, 8 months, and 3 days of dedicated public service. His contributions, professionalism, and commitment to duty have left a lasting impact on the organization and the community he served.

On June 3, 2026 at about 12:24 PM, personnel of Pasay City Police Station, through the Station Community Affairs Section led by PMSg Rondel A Asuncion, Chief Clerk, under the leadership of PCOL JOSELITO M DE SESTO, Chief of Police together with the members of Pasay CPS BPAT Force Multiplier, and Barangay 79 Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Official, conducted dialogue with the public about Crime Prevention Tips, Drug Awareness and Prevention, information awareness on the nationwide crackdown against illegal cockfighting and E-Sabong.
The activity was followed by the distribution of informative materials/flyers on various topics, including the modus operandi of common crimes, drug awareness and prevention, illegal cockfighting operation, anti-terrorism (EO 70/ELCAC), disaster preparedness, Pasay City Ordinances, and several laws promoting the protection of women and children. The activity was held in front of Two Shopping Mall, Taft Avenue Extension, Barangay 79, Pasay City.

On June 3, 2026 at about 11:43 AM, Pasay City Police Station through Community Affairs Section personnel under the leadership of PCOL JOSELITO M DE SESTO, Chief of Police, conducted a barangay visitation and dialogue with the Barangay Officials and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Officials of Barangay 79. The activity was held at the Barangay 79 Hall, located at Taft Avenue Extension corner Cuneta Avenue, Pasay City.
During the dialogue, discussed were Crime Prevention, Disaster Preparedness, Drug Awareness and Prevention, information awareness on the nationwide crackdown against illegal cockfighting and E-Sabong, and insights on Safer Cities Initiatives focusing on the implementation of Pasay City Ordinances.
They were also encouraged to follow and support the official social media pages of the Philippine National Police to stay updated on the organization’s programs, initiatives, and accomplishments. Likewise, they were reminded of their vital role in maintaining peace and order and were encouraged to continue participating in and supporting police initiatives for public safety and security.

During the dialogue, discussed were Crime Prevention, Drug Awareness and Prevention, information awareness on the nationwide crackdown against illegal cockfighting and E-Sabong, and insights on Safer Cities Initiatives focusing on the implementation of Pasay City Ordinances. They were also encouraged to follow and support the official social media pages of the Philippine National Police to stay updated on the organization’s programs, initiatives, and accomplishments.

On June 3, 2026 at about 10:00 AM, Pasay City Police through Station Community Affairs Section personnel led by PMSg Rondel A Asuncion, Chief Clerk, under the leadership of PCOL JOSELITO M DE SESTO, Chief of Police, in partnership with Pastor Crisanto Magnaye, Sis. Merlita A. Patual, and Sis. Elena Demiao, members of Brotherhood Christian Ministers of Pasay (BCMP), conducted barangay visitation and Kapulisan Simbahan at Pamayanan (KASIMBAYANAN) Program, attended by officials, staff and residents of Barangay 195 headed by Chairman Rodolfo Dionisio Jr., held at Brgy. 195 Hall, Sun Valley Drive, Pasay City.
During the activity, Sis. Patual discussed the topic "God’s Answer to Family Life" and shared meaningful insights. While, PMSg Asuncion talked about Crime Prevention, Disaster Preparedness, Drug Awareness and Prevention, information awareness on the nationwide crackdown against illegal cockfighting and E-Sabong, and insights on Safer Cities Initiatives focusing on the implementation of Pasay City Ordinances.
The program aimed to build trust, foster collaboration, and promote shared responsibility among the police, church, and community to create a safer and morally upright society, which resulted in strengthened community relations and enhanced cooperation between the stakeholders.

On June 3, 2026 at about 8:30 AM, Pasay City Police Station through Community Affairs Section personnel under the leadership of PCOL JOSELITO M DE SESTO, Chief of Police, provided area security during the Brigada Eskwela 2026 at Jose Rizal Elementary School, located at Park Avenue corner Galvez Street, Barangay 88, Pasay City.
During the activity, officers of the School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA), together with beneficiaries of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) TUPAD Program, participated in the repainting of the school's perimeter fence as part of the nationwide Brigada Eskwela initiative. The Pasay City Police ensured the safety and security of all participants throughout the activity, fostering a secure environment and demonstrating continued support for community-based educational programs.
