Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 136, work in all agencies and instrumentalities of the National Government, including government-owned or -controlled corporations and state universities colleges, shall be suspended on 28 September 2026 starting 1:00 in the afternoon, to celebrate the "Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga" Day.
