The Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) actively joins the nationwide observance of the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women and Children, reaffirming the agency’s unwavering commitment to promote gender equality, safeguard human rights, and create a work environment and community where in dignity and safety are upheld for all. This annual national advocacy serves as a vital reminder of the collective responsibility to prevent all forms of abuse and foster a culture of respect.

As part of its continuing support to the campaign, CAB organized a series of seminars designed to deepen the knowledge, awareness, and appreciation of its employees on issues affecting women and children. This holistic approach not only broadened their understanding but also strengthened CAB’s overall capacity to mainstream gender and development (GAD) principles across its programs, services, and internal processes.

Through these efforts, the Civil Aeronautics Board strengthens its advocacy to protect the vulnerable, uphold justice, and empower every individual to become an ally in ending gender-based violence. The agency remains steadfast in its mission to champion policies and initiatives that support a safer and more inclusive society.
