Meet our distinguished resource persons in CCIRD's Module on National Security.

Ambassador Elizabeth P. Buensuceso recently published "ASEAN Centrality: An Autoethnographic Account by a Philippine Diplomat." She is the current Philippine Eminent Person for the High-Level Task Force for the ASEAN Community's Post-2025 Vision.

Mr. Edwin S. Estrada is the current Officer-in-Charge of the Center for International Relations and Strategic Studies (CIRSS) of the Foreign Service Institute (FSI). In 2014, he was awarded the Gold Medal for Academic Excellence during the Master in National Security Administration (MNSA) Regular Course 49 at the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP).
