Araw ng Kagitingan (Day of Valor)

In observance of Araw ng Kagitingan, there will be no office operations and classes on Thursday, April 9, 2026.

Araw ng Kagitingan is a national holiday in the Philippines that honors the courage, valor, and sacrifice of Filipino and American soldiers who fought during World War II, especially those who endured the Battle of Bataan and the Bataan Death March.

This day serves as a reminder of the bravery and patriotism that shaped our nationโ€™s history and continues to inspire future generations.

๐Ÿ“Œ Regular operations will resume on the next working day.
Let us take this time to remember and pay tribute to our heroes.

Let us always remember the boundless love and sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ on the Cross of Calvary. Through His suffering, we are redeemed; through His rising, we are given new life.

May we celebrate the resurrection of our Savior not just today, but every day, in our hearts, in our minds, in our souls, and in the way we live and love others.

These stories โ€” of heritage, livelihood, stewardship, and sovereignty โ€” continue to shape who we are as a maritime nation today.
In celebration of these shared narratives, the AIMS Museo Maritimo of CLAMS invites you to the 9th Philippine Maritime Heritage Forum: โ€œOur Seas, Our Story: From Heritage to Sovereignty.โ€
