On March 6, 2025, the first batch of the Capacity Building Seminar on Road Safety and Traffic Regulations, exclusive for MMDA drivers and organized in collaboration with the Staff Development Division (SDD), was a resounding success. The event provided an engaging and enriching experience for all participants, who not only learned but also enjoyed the entire session.

The seminar featured insightful presentations, starting with an in-depth introduction to road safety by Sir Maximo Tapongot, who shared his vast knowledge and expertise. Mr. Edison L. Nebrija followed, offering valuable lessons on defensive driving techniques drawn from his extensive experience. The seminar was further enlivened by Mr. Migz Panal, whose engaging sharing of real-life experiences added a dynamic touch to the discussions. The session concluded with a highly informative lecture by Mr. Eric Vergara, who provided comprehensive insights into traffic regulations.
