The KAPASIGAN Fire and Rescue Volunteers group was organized by nine fire fighters and was established in year 2004. Funded by donations and contributions by businessman and founding officers and members, this group was registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) sec reg no. CN200411863 and existing under the laws of the Philippines as Metro Pasig Filipino-Chinese Fire and Rescue
