Hi Everybody! Here's wishing you advance Happy Easter! I just want to warn everybody about unscrupulous employers. First of all, I think that us , as agencies should refund fees with valid reasons too. The DOLE rule is to refund the 75% of the service fee.
This is what happened because of that ruling of DOLE. I gave a maid to a certain Mrs. Tomangam. I had two maids who are friends and I deployed the other one to her. She pirated the other maid who is the friend of the maid I deployed to her. The maid claimed she wanted to go home so we let her go.
It so happened that the maid who I deployed to her and the maid who is the friend of the maid who she pirated fought. I found out that they were together in Mrs. Tomangam's house.
When I found out about this, she let go of the maid I deployed to her.
After a month Mrs. Tomangam called and said she wants a refund because I wasn't able to replace the maid she let go. Imagine? She even has in her employ my maid she pirated? She even claimed she's a politician!
As the saying goes, Mas Malala Pa Sa Mga Kasambahay Na Magnanakaw.
So this coming election, let us not vote for politicians who are not deserving of our vote. Let us vote wisely and not be hoodwinked by a character like Mrs. Tomangam.

Hi everybody! Here's wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from our agency The Valle Verde Pro- Assist!
I want to warn the licensed agencies and authorities about the new modus operandi of the Kasambahays and the Clients on how they dupe the licensed agencies.
The characters are purely fictional and not real but the modus operandi is true.
The Kasambahay Rosalia applied for a job in an agency. Then the employee of Client S through cellphone informed the licensed agency of their need of an assistant.
The mediator who will be called Neneng interviewed the applicant and even promised a high salary.
The rule of the thumb is Client S will do the last interview. After Client S and the applicant put down the landline weird things happened.
The applicant disappeared. The employs of the agency looked for her but the Human Resources guard told the agency employees that the applicant took flight. Something wrong somewhere.
The mediator Neneng called the next day to inform the agency that the applicant was rejected by Client S.
Upon further investigation the applicant was aided by the Human Resources guard by making her use the landline to contact Client S and the driver of a village officer lent her money for her escape.
I warn all the licensed agencies to be wary of these unscrupulous characters and don't trust your guards and drivers especially when the maid in distress is young, sexy and with personality.
In other words this is how they pirate applicants so that they won't pay any fees.
My advice is choose your clients and applicants because it is the reason that our licensed agencies is being affected. They kill the licensed agencies and corrupt our Kasambahay with promises. If in doubt of the Kasambahay, reject because you might get into trouble. If the client is showing signs of unprofessionalism refuse your service. In this way us agencies wouldn't be looked down upon as money-making carousels.
Christmas is tomorrow and may these people change and include honesty as their New Year's Resolution! God Bless!!!
