ANNOUNCEMENT!

To all DepEd Cooperative Members (Health Card holders only):

This is to inform you that there will be an ANNUAL PHYSICAL EXAMINATION (APE) from July 16 to July 26, 2024 at HEALTHWAY MEDICAL, 4th Floor, Estancia Mall, Pasig City.

The APE shall cover the following services:
○ Physical Examination
○ Complete Blood Test
○ Urinalysis
○ Chest Xray
○ ECG
○ Pap Smear for female ages 35 yo up

For interested members, you are requested to bring and present your DepEd ID and Health Card upon arrrival to the clinic. For more details, please call Arlene Imperio or Sheila Torrecampo at telephone no. 8293-4868.

The DepEd Cooperative joins the nation in celebrating the COOPERATIVE MONTH this October with the theme, "Cooperatives: Pioneering the Path to Recovery Amidst Modern Challenges and Climate Change and Food Security.

DEPED COOPERATIVE ADVISORY:

The Annual Physical Examination to be conducted by HC&D/AMAPHIL on July 24, 2023 from 09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m. through the mobile facility of Heartland Medical and Diagnostic Center is POSTPONED due to the cancellation of work in government offices on Monday, as directed by PBBM through Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 5 issued on July 21, 2023.

ATTENTION ALL DEPED COOPERATIVE MEMBERS ENROLLED WITH HC&D/AMAPHIL (HMO):

The HC&D/AMAPHIL will conduct an Annual Physical Examination on July 24, 2023 from 09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m. through the mobile facility of Heartland Medical and Diagnostic Center. The mobile health facility will be stationed at Dorm E Parking Lot.

The examination to be done are as follows:
- Physical Examination
- Complete Blood Count
- Urinalysis
- Fecalysis
- Chest X-Ray
- Electrocardiogram (ECG) for enrolled members 35 years old and above
- Pap Smear for enrolled female members 35 years old and above

Fasting is not required.

NEWEST MEMBER OF DEPEDCOOP. Department of Education (DepEd) Undersecretary Epimaco V. Densing III files his application for membership in the DepEd Cooperative on January 25 at his office at DepEd Central Office, Pasig City.

A staunch advocate of cooperatives, Usec. Densing commits to support the DepEdCoop in providing better services to its members and in implementing its plans and projects such as the expansion of membership coverage to the field offices.

The DepEd Cooperative (DepEdCoop) - composed of its Board of Directors, officers and members of the various committees, and the management staff - participates in the Seminar on the Fundamentals of Cooperatives and Governance Management of Cooperatives scheduled from January 21 to 22 and 28 to 29, 2023 at the Bulwagan ng Karunungan, Department of Education Central Office, Pasig City.

The activity is conducted by the Cooperative Development Office of Pasig City through its head, Ms. Donalita C. Cruz.

The recently-elected members of the Board of Directors (BOD) and some of the committee chairpersons/members of the DepEd Cooperative took their oath before Undersecretary of Administration Atty. Kristian Ablan on October 03, 2022 at the Office of the Undersecretary for Administration (OUA) Conference Room, DepEd Central Office, Pasig City.

Two of the seven members of the Board are new faces. Welcome to the DepEd Cooperative Board of Directors, Directors Patrick Morales and Atty. Cornelio Pacala! Welcome back, Directors Marivic Tolitol, Lemuel Valles, Robertson Tuliao, Marcos Rodil, and Mario Valenton!

Mula sa mga miyembro ng Board of Directors at Management Staff ng DepEd Cooperative, lubos kaming nagpapasalamat sa lahat ng miyembro na dumalo at sumuporta sa ating 2022 General Assembly and Election of Officers! Hindi naging matagumpay ang pagpupulong na ito kung hindi dahil sa inyong oras at efforts na lumahok sa naturang pagtitipon. Muli, maraming salamat sa inyong lahat!

Isang pasasalamat din para sa mga opisyal ng ating Kagawaran, Undersecretary Kris Ablan at Assistant Secretary Christopher Lawarence S. Arnuco, sa paglalaan ng kanilang oras upang dumalo at makapagbigay ng mensahe sa ating Assembly.

Nais din namin batiin ang lahat ng nanalo sa ating Election of Officers, mula sa mga miyembro ng Board of Directors hanggang sa mga committee chairs and members. Mabuhay po kayong lahat!
