Sa darating na April 19, 2026 (Linggo), magkakaroon po tayo ng "Bloodletting Project" na gaganapin sa ating pamayanan. Inaanyayahan po namin ang lahat ng mga residente ng Pasig Bliss Village III, mga taga-Barangay Maybunga, at ang buong publiko na makiisa sa makabuluhang gawaing ito.

Ang inyong pakikibahagi ay hindi lamang isang donasyon; ito ay isang pagpapakita ng tunay na pagkakaisa at pagmamalasakit—ang diwa ng : Serving Hearts, UniHealth -Sta Rosa, Bliss III Admin Office, at mga Organisasyon sa loob ng Pabahay sa Pangunguna ng Samahan Kababaihan - Bliss III sa Lungsod ng Pasig.

To ensure eligibility, all players must bring and comply with the following:

Proof of Residency: Must be a Legal Occupant (Awardee/Beneficiary) and must be certified by the Homeowners Association.

Proof of Age: Birth Certificate OR any Government-issued ID.

Medical/Safety: Must be Physically Fit and must submit a Signed Waiver Form.

Preparedness is our best defense! Earlier today, February 26, 2026, a crucial Flood Drill Orientation was held at the Westbank Community Center (WCC), Bliss 3.

Under the proactive leadership of Kap. Arnold "Barok" Alvarez, this session was conducted to synchronize our emergency response protocols and ensure the safety of every family in the Bliss 3 community. By practicing our coordination now, we ensure a faster and more organized response during actual calamities.

This orientation brought together our vital city and local partners to map out a seamless ex*****on for the upcoming drill:

📢 Advancing Public Order & Community Discipline: Seminar-Orientation on Ordinance No. 26, s. 2024

Order and discipline are the foundations of a thriving community! Earlier today, on February 26, 2026, our Bantay Pabahay Volunteers (BPV) and Administrators from Bliss 1-7 and Habitat 1, along with Barangay Maybunga Representatives, gathered at the Westbank Community Center for an intensive training session, underscoring our commitment to a cleaner and more orderly housing environment.

🚫 Strengthening Enforcement in Common Areas

The orientation focused on the strict implementation of Pasig City Ordinance No. 26 (Series of 2024) and other vital public order regulations. Our frontliners are now better equipped to handle:

🐾 Animal Welfare & Sanitation: Proper disposal of animal waste and the humane catching of stray animals.

👕 Public Decency: Addressing bystanders not wearing proper clothing (shirtless) in common areas.

🚭 Health & Peace: Curbing smoking and loud videoke sessions that disrupt the neighborhood’s peace.

📜 Compliance: Taking action against those not abiding by established housing rules and regulations.

🎫 Professionalism in Ticketing & Enforcement
A key highlight of the day was the technical training on how to issue tickets (OVR) to violators. Volunteers were briefed on the proper legal references and documentation needed to ensure that enforcement is fair, transparent, and legally sound.
