Resolution No. 55, Series of 2026
- A Resolution Authorizing Punong Barangay Alexis Rafael M. Torres to grant Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI) for Fiscal Year 2026 to qualified officials and employees of Barangay Kapitolyo, Pasig City. The funding will be sourced from the Barangay's "Other Personnel Benefits" under Personal Services.

* Incentive Amount: A standard amount of P5,000.

Resolution No. 49, Series of 2026
- A Resolution authorizing the grant of financial assistance worth P7,200.00 each to the Barangay Nutrition Scholar (BNS) and the Barangay Nutritionist-Dietitian (BND).
* Purpose: The funds are provided to cover registration fees, travel expenses, and other incidental costs of our BNS and Nutritionist Dietitian. Their attendance to the convention aims to improve community health programs, address local malnutrition, and provide continuous training without causing personal financial strain to Ms. Rhea Benoy and Sir CJ Vasquez.

Resolution No. 52, Series of 2026
- A Resolution adopting and approving the developmental project funded by the unappropriated savings from the barangay's 20% Development Fund from the Calendar Year (CY) 2025.
* Total Approved Budget: PhP 313,675.10 (Three Hundred Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos and 10/100).
* Project Allocation: The entirety of the funds is dedicated to an Environmental Management initiative specifically for the "Declogging of canals & waterways" within the barangay.

Resolution No. 53, Series of 2026
- A Resolution adopting and approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Program of Barangay Kapitoly for the calendar year 2026.
Coverage Period: The program covers the specific period from September 01 to December 31, 2026.
Funding & Authorizations: The budget for this program is chargeable against available funds of the Barangay, subject to usual accounting and auditing rules. It also authorizes the Punong Barangay (Barangay Captain) to enter into agreements or contracts with PhilGEPS registered companies to implement the projects listed in the investment plan.

Ordinance No. 4, Series of 2026
- An Ordinance authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 01 for the Calendar Year (CY) 2026 to fund additional operating expenses and priority projects for the barangay.
* Total Amount: It appropriates a total of PhP 13,265,043.18 including transfer of SK allocation amounting to PhP 4,332,368.08
* Funding Sources: The budget is entirely sourced from the barangay's unappropriated surplus/savings from CY 2025 operations and collections (PhP 12,951,368.08) and the 20% Community Development Fund (PhP 313,675.10).
Allocation of Funds:
* Maintenance & Other Operating Expenses (MOOE): PhP 12,951,368.08, covering essential utilities and supplies. The largest allocations go toward SK allocation (4,332,368.08), Other Supplies & Materials (PhP 3,050,000.00), Electricity (PhP 2,000,000.00), and Donations (PhP 1,189,000.00).
* Special Purpose Appropriation: PhP 313,675.10 for the mandatory 20% Community Development Fund

Resolution No. 56, Series of 2026
- A Resolution authorizing Punong Barangay Alexis Rafael M. Torres to grant a one-time Social Welfare Assistance payout to qualified officials and personnel of Barangay Kapitolyo, Pasig City. The financial assistance is intended to help workers manage their needs amid rising global fuel prices.

* Payout Amount: Eligible personnel will receive an amount equivalent to one (1) month of their basic monthly allowance.
* Funding Source: The money will be drawn from the Personal Services budget under the "Other Personnel Benefits" allocation.
* Full Payout Requirements: Personnel must have rendered at least four (4) months of service (including approved leaves) as of October 31, 2026. Pro-Rated Rates for Short-Term Service Personnel with less than four months of service will receive a pro-rated percentage of the benefit based on their length of employment:

2 months to less than 3 months - 30%
1 month to less than 2 months - 20%
