| Power remains out for at least 18 electric cooperatives (ECs) as of Monday afternoon, 10 November 2025, the NEA Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department (DRRMD) has reported.
BENECO (Benguet), PANELCO 3 (Pangasinan), NEECO 2 Area 2 (Nueva Ecija), ALECO (Albay), CASURECO 2 (Camarines Sur), MASELCO (Masbate), TISELCO (Ticao Island), and NORSAMELCO (Northern Samar) shifted to partial power interruption status.
The NEA-DRRMD continues to monitor the situation of 79 ECs across 50 provinces in 12 regions as they recover from the impact of Super Typhoon ‘Uwan,’ which continues to weaken as it moves away from the Ilocos Region. Restoration efforts are ongoing for 4,888,988 affected consumers.
