SECTION 44. Confidentiality. – All records pertaining to cases of violence against women and their children including those in the barangay shall be confidential and all public officers and employees and public or private clinics to hospitals shall respect the right to privacy of the victim. Whoever publishes or causes to be published, in any format, the name, address, telephone number, school, business address, employer, or other identifying information of a victim or an immediate family member, without the latter's consent, shall be liable to the contempt power of the court.

Any person who violates this provision shall suffer the penalty of one (1) year imprisonment and a fine of not more than Five Hundred Thousand pesos (P500,000.00).

This physical activity encourages a healthy lifestyle among the uniformed and non-uniformed personnel in order for them to perform their duties and responsibilities effectively and most importantly to manage and monitor the well-being of the personnel in line with the Focused Agenda on Personnel Morale and Welfare Enhancement.

Team EPD: Continuously Empowers Women and Enriching their Faith

As we celebrate the 2024 Women's Month with the theme: "Lipunang Patas sa Bagong Pilipinas! Kakayahan ng Kababaihan Patunayan!", the Eastern Police District under the leadership of PBGEN WILSON C ASUETA, District Director through the District Community Affairs and Development Division headed by PCOL REYNAN V PATAM, Chief, DCADD conducted the 2nd EPD "The Significant Woman" Seminar held on March 22, 2023 at the Greenhills Christian Fellowship (GCF) located at Ruby corner, Garnet Roads, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

The said activity is in partnership with Bless Our Cops (BOC) and Greenhills Christian Fellowship (GCF) wherein it was participated by the women personnel from EPD DHQ, PaMaMariSan CPS and DMFB.

Highlights of the seminar is the lecture proper on the role and journey of woman and their significance to the society and as followers of GOD. Part of the lecture activities were self reflection, brainstorming and forum.

Further, such kind of seminar will help women PNP personnel to boost their confidence, know their roles, fight for their rights and bolster their relationship with GOD.
