2024 Organization of NEDA (ONE) Nutrition Month Celebration: "Healthy Food, Better Mood for Every NEDAn"

Dear NEDAns,

ONE is one with the nationwide celebration of the 50th Nutrition Month by virtue of Presidential Decree No. 491, s. 1974 held every July.

The Nutrition Month is celebrated in an effort to diversify Filipino eating habits with healthier diets and more organic food options and for the purpose of creating greater awareness on the importance of nutrition. It should be underscored that prioritizing the health and wellness of employees is crucial in a workplace to boost productivity, enhance morale, foster a positive workplace culture, and increase employee retention. Every NEDAn has the right to an adequate, age-appropriate, nutrient-dense, diverse, safe, and sustainable diets which will lead to a more productive work setting. Thus, every healthy choice you make today leads to a stronger and brighter tomorrow.
