Yesterday, our dedicated School Head, Maโam Regie-Ann R. Vejerano, served as our Resource Speaker and discussed the Guidelines on the Multi-Year Performance Management and Evaluation System (PMES) for Teachers for School Years 2025โ2026 to 2027โ2028.
๐ Maโam Vejerano clearly explained the updated processes, expectations, and performance indicators that will guide us in planning, assessing, and improving our work as educators in the coming years. Her presentation helped us better understand how the PMES supports our professional growth and ensures quality teaching and learning.
