The Electoral Committee conducted classroom visitations through both face-to-face and Google Meet platforms on April 29, 30, and May 2, 2026 as part of its Room-to-Room Information Drive for the upcoming Supreme Student Council Election. The initiative aimed to reach students across different classes and departments while maintaining a brief and organized presence in each session.
During the visitations, students were informed about the filing of candidacy, election guidelines, and opportunities to take part in student governance. The activity was carried out with a time-conscious approach to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing classes while encouraging wider participation in the election process.
Anchored on the theme โIntegrity in Action, Service with Passion,โ the initiative reflects the commitment of the Supreme Student Council and the college administration to uphold transparency, accountability, and dedicated service throughout the election period. Through this effort, students are encouraged not only to participate but to embody the values of responsible leadership as the institution prepares for the next set of student leaders.

Under the agreement, the administration commits to exercising maximum flexibility and providing the necessary space and resources to protect the integrity of the filing and voting process. This partnership ensures that all election proceedings align with college policies while addressing the time-sensitive nature of the student governance cycle.
The signing was witnessed by key student leaders representing the essential working arms of the election process, including Nicole Sam Francisco of the Documentation Committee, Mark Gabriel Rabara from the Logistics Committee, and Ethel Tangente of the Campaign Committee.
