We sell the best quality Balut, Salted eggs, Penoy and more! Tatay is self-employed being the mambabalut and manager at the same time and nanay was the cashier.
It's a small cottage industry business that started in 1964 when our dad, Rufino and our mom Marta got married. The peak of success was during the 1980's as I remember the client using 'kaing' containing 500 pcs of balut when ever they purchased. Aside from balut we also sell penoy na higupin or may sabaw at penoy na tuyo, salted eggs as we fondly call it "itlog na maalat" and made to order bibing

This is with regards ob the issue of birds flu affecting our balut and maalat production.
We would like to inform that our product is free from birds flu and very safe to eat.
We make our balut and maalat in Pateros thru natural method . our fresh duck supplier came from Bulacan and not in Pampanga.
And one more thing, this issue of Birds Flu just started on political rivalry in Pamapanga.
