SKMF Anilao Represents!

The Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation Anilao attended the 4 Day Training on Handbook on the Financial Transactions of the Sangguniang Kabataan as sponsored by Commission on Audit VI.

This training was attended by 38 SK Leaders (SK Chairpersons, SK Treasurers and BMO) headed by SK Federation President, Hon. John Mark Artajo. The training equipped them with knowledge and skills on lawful handling and disbursement of their respective SK Fund. The training also enlightened our SK Officials with Laws and Policies concerning budgets, procurement and financial statements.
Also, they are empoewered to utilize their fund for youth development and empowerment.

Truly, our SK Officials are committed to be the future leaders of our community. Padayun Kabataan

Congratulations Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation Anilao for achieving the Best PYDP Focused Implemented Project om Education. Truly, we are true to our goal by enabling programs that target efficiency in our youth.Imploring them the core values of Magiting, Mahusay at Maaasahan.

This success is made possible through the strongest support LGU Anilao headed by Mayor Nathalie Ann Debuque and SB Members headed VM Matet Debuque.Thank you also to our stakeholders and partners, Ayala Foundation Inc, LeadCom and Macquarie Group through LeadCom Ready Grant Program. Thank you also to DepEd Schools and Beneficiaries.

Meanwhile, our SK Chairpersons, SK Treasurers and Budget Monitoring Officers undergo three days Seminar-Workshop Training conducted by Association of Local Government Accountants (ALGAI). This training equipped our SK Officials with knowledge and expertise in accounting, disbursement, procurement and proper utilization of their SK Funds.

History is made again in Youth Leadership. And your Sangguniang Kabataan Servant Leaders continue to inspire every youth in Anilao to do thesame.

They shared their LeadCom journey to inspire LeadCom Pavia Servant Leaders in the implementation and realizations of their community youth driven projects.

Suns out, let the kids have some fun. We approved and funded the proposal of our Sangguniang Kabataan for a volleyball and basketball tournament because I know that this COVID-19 pandemic has been especially brutal for Anilaonon youth, and yet cooperated with our health measures and adjusted well to distance learning modalities. Now that our health situation allows it, I think our youth deserve to have some fun and socialize. I invite all my kasimanwas to the opening parade and ceremony of our Summer League tomorrow.

We also prepared other exciting activities for our Anilao Fitness Festival, so stay tuned!
