Ang Pamahalaang Lokal ng Pilar, Sorsogon ay buong pusong nakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng ika-125 anibersaryo ng Philippine Civil Service ngayong darating na Setyembre, na may temang "Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan."

Kaugnay nito, inihahandog ng LGU Pilar, sa pangunguna ng Tanggapan ng Municipal Human Resource Management Officer, ang opisyal na kalendaryo ng mga aktibidad bilang pagpupugay sa dedikasyon at sakripisyo ng ating mga lingkod-bayan.
