House-to-House Survey and Damayan sa Kapitbahayan || 27 May 2026

As part of the Obligasyon sa Bayan, Ligtas na Pamayanan (OLP) program, BFP - Pilar Fire Station personnel headed by SFO2 Raymond B Barroa, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal conducted a House-to-House (H2H) Survey and Damayan sa Kapitbahayan Sitio Calle 13, Brgy. Poblacion, Pilar, Capiz.

This aims to establish a community to a responsive, self-reliant and empowered in promoting fire safety; able to recognize their role in promoting the same as active partners of the agency; able to impact every sector of society to participate in the same; thereby achieving an improved quality of life for every Filipino.

Fire Safety on Demand || 26 May 2026
Pilar Fire Station personnel, led by SFO2 Raymond B. Barroa, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, participated in the Career Preparation Program “Job Placement Forum” at Capiz State University–Pilar Campus. The team conducted a Fire Safety Lecture and provided career guidance on the Bureau of Fire Protection’s recruitment process.

The activity focused on promoting fire safety consciousness, proper evacuation procedures, and the importance of immediate and coordinated response during emergencies.
