CLEANING AND WASHING OF RESCUE TRUCK

VEHICULAR EXTRICATION
Brgy. Milagrosa, Castilla, Sorsogon

OOA 19 1058H October 2025 – The BFP Pilar Fire Substation on-duty TDO received a report from OPFM TDO regarding a vehicular accident that occurred at Brgy. Milagrosa, Castilla, Sorsogon, requesting the SRF Team for vehicular extrication. The team immediately responded to the incident.
Upon arrival at the scene, the team found one (1) Isuzu MUX SUV with one (1) victim trapped in the driver’s seat. The BFP Castilla and MDRRMO Castilla were already on site upon the team’s arrival. The responding team conducted a scene size-up, shut off the vehicle’s alarm system power supply, and stabilized the vehicle using ropes.
After stabilization, the team, together with other responding units, conducted a safe and efficient extrication operations. Once the victim was successfully extricated, victim was loaded into the MDRRMO Castilla ambulance and transported to Castilla District Hospital for further evaluation and management.
The SRF Team then recovered all rescue tools and equipment used during the operation. All team members are safe and was back-to-station (BTS) at 1213H, 19 October 2025.
