Today, February 18, 2026, a successful 3-in-1 activity was conducted at Catholic High School of Pilar featuring:
✅ Special Satellite Registration for Youth – 27 applications for registration were received and processed.
✅ Voter’s Education – Empowering the youth with knowledge on their rights and responsibilities as voters.
✅ GAD Lecture – EO Mariano emphasized that no one is left behind, and that men and women have equal rights and privileges.

Thank you to everyone who participated and supported this meaningful activity in promoting inclusive and informed electoral participation especially Catholic High School of Pilar.

Resumption of the System of Continuing
Voters' Registration in connection with the November 2, 2026 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE)

🗓️ Registration Period:

📍 For Non-BARMM Areas: October 20, 2025 to May 18, 2026

📍 For BARMM Areas: May 1 to May 18, 2026

🕗 Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mondays to Fridays, including Saturdays and holidays, except when declared otherwise by COMELEC)

📍 Venue: Office of the Election Officer (OEO) in your city or municipality

Applicants may file for:
✅ New Registration
✅ Transfer of Registration Record
✅ Reactivation
✅ Change/Correction of Entries
✅ Inclusion or Reinstatement of Record
✅ Updating of Records for Persons with Disabilities, Senior Citizens, and Indigenous Peoples

💡 Satellite and special registration activities will also be conducted in barangays, schools, malls, and other public venues to ensure wider voter participation.
