Through hands-on exercises, personnel were able to enhance their familiarity and proficiency in rope-based victim packaging techniques, while reinforcing the importance of proper communication and coordination during rescue operations.

Continuous skills enhancement and practical training are essential in maintaining the competence, preparedness, and operational readiness of responders in various emergency situations.
