Viva La Virgen! Viva El Divino Rostro!

Today, we joyfully celebrate the Solemnity of Our Lady of Peñafrancia, our beloved INA, whose loving presence continues to inspire us to deepen our faith, serve with compassion, and journey together as one community.

May Ina’s gentle guidance lead us closer to her Son, Jesus Christ, and may she intercede for our families, our communities, and especially our young people that we may always choose faith, hope, love, and service.

As we celebrate this beautiful feast, may we carry the spirit of Viva La Virgen not only in our prayers and celebrations, but also in the way we live and serve others.

Our Lady of Peñafrancia, pray for us.
Viva La Virgen!

HAPPY FIESTA BICOLANDIA!!

🎉 31 YEARS OF EMPOWERING EVERY FILIPINO YOUTH 🤙🏼🇵🇭

For 31 years, the National Youth Commission has stood for the rights, welfare, aspirations, and meaningful participation of the Filipino youth.

This anniversary is more than a celebration of our journey. It is a reminder of the responsibility we carry as public servants to listen with humility, to serve with compassion, and to remain faithful to the needs and hopes of the young people we represent.

Under the banner of the 13th Commission, we reaffirm that inclusivity is not just about representation. It is about ensuring that every young Filipino is seen, heard, respected, and empowered, regardless of gender, faith, background, status, ability, identity, belief, or place of origin.

In a time when our nation continues to face many challenges, we are reminded that the youth must always have a meaningful place in shaping solutions, strengthening communities, and building a more peaceful, just, and united Philippines.

The Filipino youth are not only the future of our nation. They are already part of its conscience, courage, creativity, and hope.

As we mark NYC’s 31st Anniversary, we renew our commitment to serve for and with the Filipino youth, and to continue building a government that listens, includes, and empowers every young Filipino to lead, participate, and contribute to nation-building. 💙
