Through our Gender and Development (GAD) Program, our school successfully conducted the “Kalinga sa Sarili, Lakas sa Buhay” Lecture-Workshop.

This activity focused on promoting stress management, mental wellness, work-life balance, and resilience, providing teachers and personnel with meaningful learning and practical strategies for their overall well-being.

The school extends its appreciation to our distinguished resource speakers for sharing their knowledge and expertise.
