On June 9, 2026, the Pasig City Government's Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE), spearheaded by the Employee Engagement Division of the Human Resource Development Office (HRDO), successfully conducted the Employee Appreciation Day 2026 at Room 201, Temporary Pasig City Hall.
The event brought together 389 employees from different offices and departments of the City Government of Pasig who have consistently demonstrated dedication and reliability in their work. The participants were employees who maintained punctual attendance with no tardiness, and received two (2) Very Satisfactory Performance Ratings for the year 2024. The activity was dedicated to recognizing their commitment and contribution to public service.
The celebration became even more meaningful through special video messages from HRDO Head Elvira R. Flores, MNSA, CESE., Vice Mayor Robert Vincent Jude "Dodot Jaworski Jr., and Mayor Victor Ma Regis "Vico" Sotto. Both city leaders expressed their support for initiatives that recognize and appreciate the valuable contributions of Pasig City employees.
With the support of event partners including Derm Factor Essentials and trainees from Pasig City Skills Development Office (PCSDO), employees enjoyed various wellness and pampering activities, including body massage, cupping therapy, aromatic facial, ear candling, foot spa, hand spa, haircut, hair treatment, and eyebrow shaping.
Participants also enjoyed the photo booth and shared messages of appreciation through the Gratitude Wall.
Additionally, DITO Telecommunity and Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)-Ortigas and Pasig branches provided various services, promotional offers and giveways to the participants.
More than a celebration, Employee Appreciation Day 2026 highlighted the importance of recognizing employees and fostering a culture of appreciation within the City Government of Pasig.
