Violation of Section 11, Article II, Republic Act 9165 thru Implementation of Search Warrant
On October 16, 2024, Wednesday at around 4:10 P.M. intelligence personnel/ SDEU members of Polillo MPS, Polillo Quezon led by PCPT OLIVER V ORIARTE, ACOP together with personnel of Northern Quezon MLET implemented Search Warrant No. 2024-11-I with PDEA RO4A coordination number 10005-102024-0416 against the suspect with residence at Brgy. Poblacion, Polillo Quezon. Designated searcher found and seized eight ( 8 pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu with estimated weight of more or less 34.90 gram (actual weight subject to the determination by the Chemist of LPCLO) with Standard Drug Price (SDP) of PhP237,320.00 with street value of PhP711,960.00.
