On June 15, 2026, at about 7:15 AM, personnel of Porac MPS, under the supervision of PLTCOL JULITO RABENA II, Chief of Police, conducted PICE about Republic Act No. 7877 also known as β€œ An ct Declaring Sexual Harassment Unlawful in the Employment, Education or Training Environment and for Other Purposes”, work related or employment environment, sexual harassment and Reiteration of Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 2011-012 entitled: Policy on the Prohibition of All Forms of Torture, Hazing and other Cruel, Inhuman and Degrading Acts in the Conduct of Police Training Course and All other Police Function.

CUSTODIAL FACILITY INSPECTION

On May 14, 2026 at about 11:00 AM, the custodial facility of Porac Municipal Police Station was inspected by the PNP-NHQ-HRAO team led by PCPT PAULINE P FERNANDO together with Pampanga PPO-HRAO led by PLTCOL CHARLMAR GUNDAYA.

The inspection resulted in NO DEFECTS NOTED, reflecting the station’s commitment to proper custodial management, human rights compliance, and adherence to PNP operational standards under the leadership of PLTCOL JULITO A RABENA II.

Porac MPS remains committed to maintaining safe, secure, and humane custodial facilities in line with the PNP Focused Agenda.

Ngayong ika-6 ng Mayo 2026, ang mga tauhan ng istasyong ito, sa ilalim ng pangangasiwa ni PLTCOL JULITO A RABENA II, Chief of Police, ay nagsagawa ng regular na checkpoint sa kahabaan ng pambansang lansangan ng Brgy. Cangatba, bayang ito. Sa nasabing aktibidad, nagsagawa ng paalala at pagpapaliwanag sa mga motorista hinggil sa kaligtasan at seguridad sa kalsada, gayundin ang pagpapalaganap ng Human Rights Advisory upang matiyak ang paggalang at pagsunod sa mga karapatang pantao alinsunod sa umiiral na batas.

On May 6, 2026, personnel of Porac MPS under the supervision of JULITO A RABENA II, Acting COP, coordinated with the Jose Songco Municipal Hospital for the conduct of Regular Medical Check-Up (Blood Pressure Check) and X-ray among Person's Under Police Custody (PUPC) of Porac MPS to ensure and maintain their physical health and well-being during their stay in the Custodial Facility of Porac Municipal Police Station.

On May 4, 2026, at about 09:18 AM, PSSg Nathaniel Catacutan, Custodial Officer, under the supervision of PLTCOL JULITO A RABENA II, Chief of Police, conducted an inspection and accounting of Persons Under Police Custody (PUPC) at the Porac MPS custodial facilities.
This activity was undertaken to uphold the rule of law, ensure respect for human rights, and identify and address facility deficiencies, with the primary goal of safeguarding the safety, security, and welfare of all PUPCs.
