Citizenship isn’t just a title, it’s a commitment to living out core values, lifting up our communities, and embracing meaningful change. Through the Values Restoration Program led by SJO3 Saddie A Plazo, we are reminded that transformation begins from the inside out.

Further elaborated by JO1 Diana Grace D Supe, true citizenship goes beyond rights, it is rooted in shared responsibility, integrity, and active service to our community. When we align our values with our actions, we create lasting transformation from the inside out!

𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦: 𝗟𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗧𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟵.

Through the proactive leadership of JCINSP DEVER D FANTILAGA, Acting Jail Warden, together with the unwavering support of JINSP ERICSON L MENDOZA, Assistant Warden, JO1 Farrah Yvonne L Garalda conducted an essential educational session for our newly committed Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) regarding Republic Act No. 9745, also known as the Anti-Torture Act of 2009.

This initiative highlights our facility's firm commitment to ensuring that every individual in our care understands their fundamental human rights and the strict prohibition of physical, psychological, and mental torture.

Through meaningful dialogue, we empower PDL to understand the law, make informed decisions, and embrace the opportunity for positive change.

Following an inspiring Talk to Troops by the newly installed Regional Director, 𝗝𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗔 𝗕. 𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗔, 𝗣𝗵𝗗, a thorough rank inspection was conducted. The exercise highlighted the personnel's sharp discipline, unwavering readiness, and steadfast commitment to public service excellence. Under new leadership, we continue to uphold the highest standards of the bureau.

We were deeply honored to welcome 𝗝𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗔 𝗕 𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗔, 𝗣𝗵𝗗,Regional Director, RO6, for a formal facility inspection, official visit, and an uplifting Talk to Troops. Her presence brought immense encouragement to the entire team. Beyond assessing our operational readiness, her address left a lasting impact on everyone present. She grounded us in our true purpose as public servants, urging every jail officer to internalize and live out our core values each day:
