International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD) is a UN day that is celebrated every year on 3 December.

Ito ay isang pagkakataon upang isulong ang aktibong partisipasyon ng mga taong may cerebral palsy at itaas ang kamalayan sa komunidad tungkol sa mga kakayahan ng bawat taong may kapansanan. Kapag sumali ka bilang isang grupo na ang miyembro ay kinabibilangan ng mga taong walang kapansanan ay dapat tiyakin na sila ay magsisilbi lamang bilang tagasuporta, at hindi bilang pangunahing aktor sa kanilang pagganap. ISANG entry lamang bawat tao o grupo. Ang mga kalahok na wala pang 18 taong gulang ay dapat magkaroon ng pahintulot mula sa kanilang mga magulang tagapag alaga sa pamamagitan ng pagpirma sa kanila sa form ng pagpapatala. Dapat ay nasa magandang kalidad ang video. Dapat isaalang alang ang malinaw at maliwanag na background. Ang haba ng video ay hindi dapat lumampas sa 5 minuto ang haba at Hindi bababa sa 3 minutong ang ikli. Dapat lagdaan ng lahat ng kalahok ang CPAPaligsahan registration form para makasali.
