Samana North Triangle Neighborhood Association Chairman Rodel Lopez Adiao spotted with Kit Belmonte, together with fellow urban poor leaders in Quezon City. Belmonte has been mentioned by many political observers as a potential successor to Joy Belmonte.

Life lesson ng Team Building 2026: Kapag gusto mong matuloy ang outing, huwag masyadong paramihin ang drawing!

Sabi nga nila, kapag maraming usapan sa GC, mas maraming "Game ako!" pero pagdating ng araw ng lakad, biglang may family emergency, may lagnat, may aalagaang pusa, o kaya'y hindi na ma-contact.

Kaya ang ginawa namin? Kulitan mode: ON! Nangulit, nag-remind, nag-follow up, nag-mention sa GC, at nag-PM pa kung kinakailangan. Hanggang sa... WOLAH! Natuloy rin ang much-awaited getaway ng tropa!

Hindi man perpekto, hindi man mala-Kdrama ang venue, pero panalo sa tawanan, kwentuhan, bonding, at pagkakaisa. At ang pinakamahalaga, walang iniwanan at lahat ay nag-enjoy.

KBSD1 TEAM BUILDING 2026 NAPUNO NG SAYA AT PAGKAKAISA

Naging matagumpay at masaya ang isinagawang Team Building 2026 ng KBSD1 na dinaluhan ng mga miyembro at kanilang mga pamilya.

Ipinahayag ni Sheila Marie Cruz, isang bagong kasapi ng KBSD1 at unang beses na nakasama sa kanilang team building, ang kanyang pasasalamat sa matagumpay na aktibidad.

“Thank you po sa masaya at memorable na team building. Super enjoy kaming lahat,” ani Cruz.

Lubos ding nagpasalamat ang grupo sa mga sponsor at sumuporta upang maisakatuparan ang naturang programa.

Nagbahagi rin ng kanyang pasasalamat si Helen Dela Cruz.

“Thank you KBSD1 family. Super happy ang mga anak ko. Salamat sa masayang bonding,” aniya.

Layunin ng nasabing team building na higit pang patatagin ang pagkakaisa ng mga miyembro sa diwa ng bayanihan, pagkakaibigan, at sama-samang paglilingkod sa komunidad.

Ayon kay Diosdado Pobar, Vice President ng KBSD1, mahalaga ang mga ganitong gawain upang mapalalim ang samahan ng bawat miyembro.

“Ipagpatuloy natin ang ating adhikain para sa mabuting pamamahala. Dadalasan na natin ang mga ganitong aktibidad hindi lamang para magsaya kundi upang higit pang paigtingin ang ating pagkakaisa at sama-samang paglilingkod,” pahayag ni Pobar.

Nagpaabot din ng taos-pusong pasasalamat ang KBSD1 sa QCD1 Council sa pangunguna ni Mayor Joy Belmonte , gayundin kina Coun. Doray Delarmente, Tita Beth Delarmente, Coun. TJ Calalay, Kuya Boyet Calalay, Coun. Bernard Herrera, Coun. Joseph Juico, Coun. The KBSD1 Inc. Team Building 2026 successfully concluded on May 30, 2026 at Rancho Luisito Resort, bringing together members for a day of fellowship, teamwork, and camaraderie.

The activity aimed to strengthen unity, foster closer relationships, and consolidate the organization's commitment to service through meaningful team-building exercises and shared experiences. Participants expressed their happiness and gratitude for the opportunity to bond and build stronger connections within the group.
