Office Chief of the Executive Senior Police Officer, PNP

On November 14, 2022, 3:00 PM, PEMS LOUIE S MAKILAN, CESPO, PNP together with PEMS Venerando V Vizarra, RESPO, NCRPO arrived at QCPD Chapel, Camp Tomas B Karingal , Quezon City to visit the wake of PCpl Noel A. Ogano, a member of SWAT Team, DMFB, who died in armed encounter between his team and Martin Luther Nuñes, (former cadet of PMMA) that transpired at Palmera Homes. Parkland, Caloocan City on November 13, 2022.

Thereafter, PGEN RODOLFO S AZURIN JR, Chief, PNP also arrived at the area to gave moral support to the family and pay respect to PCpl Ogano for his bravery and dedication to duty.
