When our base pay was only 1,000.00 per month, as Rookies you didn't hear us saying this;

"its unfair, we're also professionals!!"

Some of us are licensed Teachers, Registered Nurses, Criminologists, Dentist, Physical Therapist Engineers and Architect, all of us are eligible and professionals.

Like other professionals, we also have families to support. But, the difference is we leave behind our families placing them at the very least priority to make sure everyone else is safe.

We risk our lives on a daily basis, sometimes we couldnt even visit our sick relatives, attend the wedding of our siblings, worst we coundnt be physically present to mourn at the time our love one had just passed away

Our function doesn't start and end in crime prevention and suppression, we assist in emergencies and calamities, we are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every week of the year, no holidays, no double pays.

Same as doctors and nurses, we are knowlegable in rendering first aids and immediate medical interventions. same as teachers, we educate others to be prepared for disasters and to survive calamities, same as military soldiers, we put our lives at stake to serve and protect the people and their properties against criminals and other damages.

For those who are saying that we, PNP, dont deserve the salary increase, the solution is simple,

JOIN US!!!

Be ready to undergo a gruelling training, make sure that you are physically, mentally and psychologically prepared, and by the time comes you ve survived the the pain the shame and brokeness like what we have experienced, rest assured that I will be the very first to welcome you with open arms and I will even give you my snappiest salute.
