DAR Marinduque 1st Provincial ARBO Summit
April 8, 2026 Boac, Marinduque
The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Marinduque gathered ARBOs, partner agencies, and LGUs for its first provincial summit—strengthening collaboration toward resilient and thriving rural communities.
In partnership with CDA, DOLE, DTI, PCA, TESDA, DA-APCO, and DAR, the activity highlighted how strong inter-agency synergy leads to empowered organizations and sustainable development.

The Department of Agrarian Reform – Occidental Mindoro successfully conducted the 2026 1st Provincial ARBO Summit and Turnover of Farm Machinery and Equipment on March 26, 2026.
Anchored on the theme “Beyond Farmgate: Bridging Gaps in the ARBO Value Chain through Inter-Agency Synergy,” the activity gathered Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations (ARBOs), partner agencies, and stakeholders in a unified effort to strengthen collaboration, enhance market linkages, and improve the overall value chain of agrarian reform communities.
As part of the event, outstanding ARBOs were recognized for their exemplary performance and contributions to rural development:
-Bulacan Sigasig ng Layon at Kapatiran MPC (BUSILAK MPC) – Agri-business Consistency and Growth Award
-United as One Agriculture Cooperative (UNOACO) – Rising Tide Award
-Lourdes Multi-Purpose Cooperative (LMPC) – Community Wealth-Builder Award
-Tuban Blessed Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative (TUBFARMCO) – Buri Craftsmanship Excellence Award
These recognitions highlight the dedication, innovation, and resilience of ARBOs in driving inclusive growth and sustainable development in the province.

In Occidental Mindoro, the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office (DARPO) successfully turned over five (5) units of 50-hp farm tractors worth Php 7,497,500.00 to the following ARBOs:
• Tuban Blessed Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative (TUBFARMCO)
• San Carlos Multi-Purpose Cooperative (SACAMUCO)
• Sto. Niño Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative (SANIFAMCO)
• Calumpit Multi-Purpose Cooperative (CAMPCO)
• Tuloy ang Gawa Upang Maging Patuloy ang Yaman Multi-Purpose Cooperative (Tagumpay MPC)
This initiative strengthens farmer organizations through modern agricultural support—enhancing productivity, improving livelihoods, and driving sustainable rural development.

Isinagawa noong Marso 24, 2026 sa DOBS Events and Catering Services, Odiongan, Romblon ang 1st Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organizations (ARBO) Summit ng Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Romblon, na may temang “Pagbabago Tungo sa Mas Malakas na Negosyo.” Dinaluhan ito ng mga kinatawan ng iba’t ibang ARBO at Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) mula sa iba’t ibang bayan ng lalawigan.
Layunin ng summit na palakasin ang kapasidad ng mga organisasyon ng mga benepisyaryo ng repormang agraryo sa pamamagitan ng pagbabahagi ng kaalaman, mga programa, at oportunidad na makatutulong sa pagpapaunlad ng kanilang kabuhayan, organisasyon, at mga enterprise.
Naging katuwang sa aktibidad ang local na pamahalaan at iba’t ibang ahensya tulad ng Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department Of Science and Technology, LandBank of the Philippines, Romblon State University, Department of Agriculture, Office of the Provincial Agriculture, Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA), Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, at Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). Tinalakay sa kanilang mga presentasyon ang mga programa sa enterprise development, access sa pondo at pautang, makabagong teknolohiya, skills training, at iba pang suportang makatutulong sa pagpapalago ng mga samahan.
Naging bahagi rin ng programa ang ARBO Summit Awarding Ceremony bilang pagkilala sa natatanging kontribusyon at tagumpay ng mga organisasyon sa larangan ng agribusiness, inobasyon, at serbisyong pangkomunidad.

Sa kabuuan, ipinakita ng 1st ARBO Summit ng DAR Romblon ang patuloy na pagtutulungan ng pamahalaan at mga organisasyon ng magsasaka upang higit pang mapalakas ang sektor ng agrikultura at mapaunlad ang kabuhayan ng mga benepisyaryo ng repormang agraryo sa lalawigan.

Nilinaw ng DAR na ang dokumentong kumakalat tungkol sa pagtanggal ng requirement sa pagkuha ng DAR clearance sa ilang land transactions ay hindi pa opisyal na inilalabas ng Office of the Secretary.
Ang nasabing dokumento ay draft pa lamang at patuloy pang pinag-aaralan at kinokonsulta. Pinapayuhan ang publiko na umasa lamang sa mga opisyal na issuances na inilalabas sa pamamagitan ng mga awtorisadong channel ng pamahalaan.
