Please be guided by Memorandum No. ACR 26-69: Reiteration of Guidelines on the Processing of Individual Contract of Service (COS) Engagements and COS/JO Contracts, which reiterates the "No Contract, No Start of Work" policy.

Further, pursuant to Memorandum No. ACR 26-100, a 15-day grace period from the effectivity date of the engagement (01 July 2026) is granted to complete, sign, and notarize the COS Contract and all required annexes. During this period (01โ€“15 July 2026), COS workers with an approved engagement may continue to render services.
