On behalf of the Project Implementation Officer and National Project Director, the SPLIT Central Project Management Office would like to commend the following regions for the following accomplishments:

RD James Arsenio Ponce and DAR Central Luzon, for the first DARRO to achieve a 100% Field Validation Accomplishment as of 30 June 2024; and

RD Mariannie Lauban-Baunto and DAR Region XII, for the DARRO having the highest cumulative number of registered e-Titles as of 31 July 2024.

These accolades are testaments to the hard work and steadfast dedication exemplified by your office, respective officials, and staff towards the achievement of our project objectives. We thank you for your service, and for your devotion to our ARBs!

: Regional Project Management Offices Receive second tranche of Desktop Computer sets and Laptops under Project SPLIT

The Project SPLIT Central Project Management Office (CPMO) officially hands over the second tranche of the Project SPLIT-designated Desktop sets and Laptops to the respective Regional Project Management Offices of Region X, Region VI, Region VII, Region I, Region V, and Region IX during the period of August 8 – 11, 2023.

Region X received 21 sets of desktops and 16 units of laptops on August 8, 2023. Similarly, 39 desktop sets and number 26 laptops were turned over to Region VI last August 9, 2023, and 30 desktop sets and 20 laptops to Region VIII last August 10, 2023. While on August 11, 2023, 38 desktop sets and 23 laptops were to Region V, 24 desktop sets and 13 laptops to Region I, and 34 desktop sets and 21 laptops to Region XI.

Assistant Secretary for Special Projects under the Foreign Assisted and Special Projects Office, Rene E. Colocar, led the handover event, with the assistance of the CPMO Procurement Team.

Each region is provided with a laptop and a desktop set which is composed of a monitor, system unit, UPS, mouse, and keyboard.

The sets of desktops will expedite project-related transactions in the regional and provincial offices, while the laptops will enhance the remote work capabilities of field personnel. This strategic allocation is intended to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
